    Not an autoresponder. I read what you wrote, check my calendar for your dates, and work out what is realistic in the time you have.

  2. A plan lands in your inbox

    Within 24 hours: a day-by-day outline, what each day costs including car and entries, and honest notes on anything I think will not work.

  3. We fix it until it is right

    Revise it as many times as you like, on WhatsApp or email. Video call me if it helps. You commit to nothing until you land.

Do I have to pay anything to get a plan?

No. The itinerary and the quote are free and come with no obligation. Plenty of people use the plan, decide they would rather travel alone, and go anyway — that is fine, and I would still rather you saw the country.

What if my dates are not confirmed yet?

Send them anyway with a note. Rough dates are enough for me to tell you what is possible, what the season will be like and whether I am likely to be free. Peak season is November to February and those weeks fill first.

Can you host a group?

Up to about eight people with one guide works well. Beyond that I bring in a second guide I know personally and trust, and I will tell you exactly who they are beforehand rather than surprising you on the day.

I have mobility needs. Is that a problem?

Not a problem, but it does change the plan, so tell me early. Parts of Old Dhaka are genuinely difficult — narrow, uneven, crowded — while the Parliament area, Sonargaon and much of the countryside are manageable. I will be honest about which is which rather than promising everything.

Which is faster, the form or WhatsApp?
